49. Copies of documents etc.
- The marketing committee or the Board may on the application made in that behalf supply to the applicant a copy of the decisions, orders or resolutions of the Board or of the committee or their officers on payment of rupees one per page or a part thereof subject to a minimum of rupees five :Provided that in the cases where in an appeal, inspection or record is deemed necessary, the petitioner may apply to the Director, agricultural marketing for permission of such inspection and if this is allowed by him, the petitioner shall pay a fee of rupee one per case to the concerned agency to which these documents relate.
