Section 21(4) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(4)The amount of interest recovered shall be deposited in the Fund by the competent authority in the same manner as has been prescribed for depositing of fee or cess, as the case may be.
