Section 60(1) in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
(1)A Panchayat Samiti may from time to time appoint out of its body such and so many committees consisting of such number of persons and may refer to such committees for enquiry and report or for opinion such special subjects relating to the purposes of this Act as it thinks fit.
