Section 9B(3) in The Gujarat Land Requisition Act, 1948
(3)The provisions of sections 4 and 5, and of sub-section (1) of section 12, of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908 (IX of 1903), shall mutatis mutandis apply in relation to applications for determination or payment of compensation under this Act, as they apply in relation to applications described in the First Schedule to that Act.
