Section 7(1) in The Maharashtra Dog Race-Courses Licensing Act, 1976
(1)If any person to whom a licence has been granted in accordance with the provisions of section 4 of this Act contravenes any of the conditions subject to which such licence is granted, such person shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
