102. Disagreement between Houses as to amendments.
- If the Bill is returned to the House with a message that the Council insists on an amendment or amendments to which the House has disagreed, the Houses shall be deemed to have finally disagreed as to the amendment or amendments.Money Bills Returned by the Council
