Section 18(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Flood Plain Zones (Regulation and Development) Act, 2005
(1)The persons to whom the compensation under section 17 is to be paid and the apportionment of such amount among the persons interested therein shall be determined by agreement between the Flood Zoning Authority and the person or persons claiming interest therein.
