Section 20(1) in Andhra Pradesh Orphanages and other Charitable Homes (Supervision and Control) Rules, 1999
(1)The Chairman or any authorised officer has to submit proposals to Government for sanction of funds for every financial year well in advance and thereafter the State Government may sanction funds to the Board in consultation with the Chairman of the Board.
