(a)If he has passed the law examination held by the High Court of Rampur or Hyderabad or possesses the L.L.B. degree of any University established bylaw in India as constituted on, before or after the 15th day of August, 1947 he may on application and on payment of the requisite fee be admitted as a pleader entitled to be enrolled in Rampur district only.
