Section 30(b) in The Building Regulation in Respect of Lands Covered by the Calcutta Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Act, 1981
(b)If the applicant desires to change or appoint a new L.B.S. or L.B.A. under any unavoidable circumstance the same may be granted with prior information to the Calcutta Municipal Corporation.
