Section 86(3) in Tamil Nadu Non-Trading Companies Rules, 1981

(3)Such securities shall not be sold, except by the Reserve Bank of India and except under the written instructions of the official liquidator:Provided that the Reserve Bank of India shall not make any such investment unless the Official Liquidator requires in writing to do so.
