Section 163B in The Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945

163B.

The functions of the Central Drugs Laboratory in respect of Ayurvedic, Siddha and Unani drugs shall be carried out at the Pharmacopoeial Laboratory for Ayurvedic, Siddha and Unani medicine, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) and the functions of the Director in respect of the said drugs shall be exercised by the Director of the said laboratory.
