Section 8(4) in The Rajasthan Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur Act, 2000
(4)The Chancellor may by an order in writing annual any order or proceeding of the officer or authority of the University which is not in conformity with this Act and Statutes:Provided that before making any such order he shall call upon the officer or authority concerned to show cause why such an order should not be made and if any cause is shown within the time specified in this behalf, he shall consider the same.
