Section 11(5) in Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards & Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999
(5)Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force any license, clearance or certificate-granted on the basis of a decision under this section by the State Board or a Sub Committee of the State Board shall be deemed to be issued under the respective statute.
