1. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.258/2015, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Dhamtari, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409/34 and 120 (B) of IPC and Sections 3, 4 & 5 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act.

2. The earlier bail rejection order having been passed on merits and for the reason that the applicant is the Director of the Chit Fund Company, no case for taking any different view of the matter is possible.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
