Section 213(1) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(1)The State Government may by general or special order, in the official Gazette, exempt fire brigade vehicles, ambulance or other special classes or descriptions of vehicle from all or any of the provisions of the rules made under Chapter-VIII of the Act, either generally or in such area or areas or on such route or routes and subject to such conditions, as may be specified therein.
