Section 26(3) in Punjab Military Transport Act, 1916
(3)No suit shall lie against the [Government] [Substituted for the word 'Crown' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] or any officer or person for damages for any act in good faith done or ordered to be done in pursuance of this Act.
