Section 18(4) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(4)When the renewal fee is not received within thirty days of the receipt of the last reminder, the Register shall remove the name of the defaulter from the register:Provided that the names so removed may be restored to the register on payment of fees and penalty as prescribed in this behalf in Rule 26.
