                        In view of the anomalies in the application of the

                  petitioners evident from the records that have been

                  carried    to    court   by   the   West     Bengal   Housing

                  Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, no ad

                  interim order is called for.

                        Affidavit-in-opposition be filed within a week after

                  the reopening of the court following the Christmas

                  vacation; reply thereto, if any, may be filed within a

                  fortnight thereupon.

                        The petition will appear for hearing in the monthly

                  list of February, 2014.

                        Leave is given to the petitioners to correct the

                  address of the respondent No.1 in the cause-title. Such

correction be incorporated in the presence of an officer 2 of court by Advocate for the petitioners.
