Section 4 in The Rajasthan Grant of Subsidy (On Managerial Staff) to Small Scale Industries Run by Cooperative Societies Rules, 1970
4. Application for subsidy.
- A small scale industry run by a Cooperative Society, can within six months from the date of its registration or the date of raising the necessary share capital and/or working capital loan, apply to the Assistant Director concerned for the grant of subsidy in Form I under these rules provided that a recommendation for grant of such subsidy is made by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative societies concerned.
