(1)No compensation shall be climbable by any person for any damage or loss which he may sustain in consequence of the refusal of the [Board] [Substituted by Act 24 of 1936, S.69, for "Cantonment Authority" ] of sanction to the erection of any building or in respect of any direction issued by it under sub-section (1) of section 181.
