Section 34(1) in Haryana Civil Services (Compassionate Financial Assistance or Appointment) Rules, 2019
(1)Except as otherwise provided in these rules, the compassionate financial assistance to the eligible family member of a missing Government employee shall be paid after the period of six months reckoned from the date of registration of the First Information Report (FIR) with the Police Authorities. The arrear of compassionate financial assistance shall be paid from the date of missing. The indemnity bond shall also be obtained from the family of missing Government employee.
