Section 59A(2) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(2)In case of advance booking of tickets these particulars shall be filled up by a person authorised by the owner of the stage carriage who shall inform the name and address of the authorised person to the permit granting authority immediately after making such authorisation.
