147. Provisions of this Act not to apply to import or export across customs frontier.
- For removal of doubts it is hereby declared that nothing in this Act shall be deemed to apply to any intoxicant or other article in respect of its import or export across the customs frontiers.[***] [ The words 'as defined by the Dominion Government' were deleted by Bombay 26 of 1952, Section 53.]
