Section 91(1) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(1)The [Karya Samiti] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.], shall assist the Kshettra Panchayat in the performance of its functions in relation to finance, taxation, [Economic Development] [Inserted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.], and general administration and shall exercise and perform such powers, duties and functions as are -(i)required to be exercised or performed by it under this Act, or(ii)delegated to it by the Kshettra Panchayat under Section 80.
