(4)It shall be the duty of the first Vice-Chancellor to make, with the approval of the Chancellor, such statutes, ordinances and regulations as may be necessary, and make them available to the respective authorities, competent to deal with them and such statutes, ordinances and regulations shall be published in the Chhattisgarh Gazette.
