(e)[promote, organise, sponsor or undertake schemes] [These words were substituted for the words 'undertake scheme', by Gujarat 11 of 1986, Section 14 (3) (w.e.f. 01-07-1986).] or works, cither jointly with other corporate bodies or institutions, or with Government or local authorities, or on an agency basis, in furtherance of the purposes for which the Corporation is established and all matters connected therewith.
