Section 49(2)(a) in Tamil Nadu Lease Holds (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963

(a)No suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie against any officer or servant of the Government for any act done or purporting to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder, without the previous sanction of the Government.
