By Hon'ble Mr.V. Ajay Kumar, Member (J) Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 4
2. MA No.4412/2015, filed for joining together, is allowed.
3. The applicants, who are working/retired as DTP Operators under the respondents, filed the present OA seeking the following reliefs:-
"(i) Direct the Respondents to grant the 1st, 2nd and 3rd MACP in the Grade pay of Rs.4600/-, Rs.4800/- and Rs.5400/-
respectively to the applicants w.e.f.01.01.2006 as has been granted to other similarly placed DTPO's/KBO's in the other branches of the Government of India press.
(ii) Grant the Applicants the arrears of pay and allowances in view of grant of prayer (i) above.
(iii) In regard to applicant Nos.7-19, direct the respondents to recalculate their terminal benefits and pension after consideration of their last drawn pay in the Grade pay of Rs.5400/-.
(iv) Direct the Respondents to pay costs to the Applicants.
(v) Pass such other further order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts of the case and in the interest of justice."
4. It is submitted that the applicants have made number of representations, one of which is at Annexure A-1 (colly) representation dated 27.08.2012, ventilating their grievances to the respondents, however, the respondents have not passed any order thereon till date.

In the circumstances, the OA is disposed of, at the admission stage, without going into the merits of the case, by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.08.2012 (Annexure A-1 (colly)) of the applicants and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
Let a copy of the O.A. be enclosed to this order.
