18. Cultivating tenants not to be evicted.
- Subject to the provisions of section 7, 15(2) and 19 no cultivating tenant under any public trust shall be evicted from his holding or any part thereof by or at the instance of the public trust.Explanation. - In this section, "holding" means the parcel or parcels of land held by any person as a cultivating tenant.
