93. Procedure for elimination of existing service.
- The State Transport Authority shall cause every order passed under section103 of the Act to be published in the Official Gazette and every such order shall take effect from such date, not earlier than fifteen days from the date of the publication, as may be specified in the order. A copy of every such order shall be served upon the permit holder concerned and pasted on the notice board of the office of the State Transport Authority.
