Section 45(1) in Rajasthan Bhamashah (Direct Transfer of Public Welfare Benefits and Delivery of Services) Rules, 2018
(1)A Bhamashah Identification number holder family shall have the right to access its authentication records subject to conditions laid down and payment of such fees as prescribed by the Authority by making requests to the Authority within the period of retention of such records before they are archived.
