(xxvi)to establish a campus at Holongi in the State of Arunachal Pradesh and to have affiliated institutions, colleges, and approved study centers, Academic Centers, off Campus program Centers/Institutions and to establish Regional Campus(s) at different places in India and other countries; and as per Section 8(1);
