Section 12(2)(ii) in The Rajasthan Mining Settlement Act, 1956

(ii)if it thinks fit, grant a pension or gratuity to any member to the family of any of its officers or servants who has died from any disease contracted, or injury suffered, in the discharge of a duty which was attended with extraordinary bodily risk.
