Section 38(1) in The U.P. Agricultural Credit Rules, 1975
(1)Any person affected by an order passed by the Tahsildar, the prescribed authority or the appellate authority shall be entitled to be furnished with a certified copy thereof and any other connected document on application duly made in that behalf.
