Section 9(a) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974
(a)An employee who absents himself without leave for seven continuous days or absents himself after the expiry of the period of leave originally granted or subsequently extended, shall cease to be in the employment of the Corporation unless he submits satisfactory explanation to the competent authority for his absence.
