135. Non-liability of council for reduction or stoppage of supply in certain cases.
- The municipal council shall not be liable any penalty or damages for cutting oil the supply of water or for not supplying water (save in the case of express stipulation in an agreement for the supply of water for other than domestic purposes) in the case of any drought, or other unavoidable cause or accident, or the necessity for relaying or repairing pipes.Lighting
