2. Grant of licences to a widow, disabled person and an institution.
- The licences to a widow, a disabled person or an institution in respect of cycle-rickshaw to be plied by other persons shall be granted by a Municipal authority keeping in view their needs and circumstances;Provided that the number of such licences in any one case shall not exceed five.
