Section 2 in The Foodgrains Movement Restrictions (Exemption Of Seeds) Order, 1970
2. Definitions .-In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,-
(1)"seeds" means seeds of foodgrains;(2)"certified Seeds" means seeds certified as such under section 9 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) by the Certifying Agency notified under section 8 of the said Act;(3)"notified kind or variety", in relation to any seed means any kind or variety notified under section 5 of the said Act.
