Section 2 in The U.P. Debt Relief Rules, 1977

2. Definitions (Section 25).

- In these rules-

(a)"Act" means the Uttar Pradesh Debt Relief Act, 1977;

(b)"Form" means a form appended to these rules ;

(c)"Section" means a section of the Act;

(d)words and expressions used in these rules and defined in the Act shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Act.
