Section 15(b) in The Bihar Forest Hunting, Shooting & Fishing Rules, 1958
(b)of all heads of bison with a smaller spread than 30 inches, of sambar measuring less than 30 inches, of spotted deer measuring less than 28 inches and of black buck measuring less than 14 inches, shall be forfeited to Government.
