ORDER
FACTS The Appellant vide his RTI application sought information on 12 points, as under:-
etc. Page 1 of 3 The CPIO, Bhakra Beas Management Board, vide letter dated 30.07.2020 furnished a point-wise reply to the Appellant. Dissatisfied with the reply received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal, which was not adjudicated by the First Appellate Authority.
Thereafter, the Appellant filed a Second Appeal before the Commission with a request to provide correct and complete information.

The following were present:
Appellant: Mr. Chander Shekhar present through AC, Respondent: Mr. H.S Manocha, Director Security division, present through AC.
The Appellant while reiterating the contents of the RTI Applications stated that he had sought information regarding the order through which Himachal Pradesh government appoints its employees in BBMB under quota fixation and number of employees posted from other states etc. He further stated that incomplete reply was furnished by the Respondent which could not fulfill his purpose. The Appellant requested the Commission to direct the public authority to furnish satisfactory information.
The Respondent submitted that vide letter dated 07.05.2020 they had furnished a reply to the Appellant as per record available in their office. The Respondent further submitted that the RTI application has been forwarded on 11.03.2020 to the other deemed PIO's of Board office (Special Secretary, BBMB & Secretary, BBMB) & all other 7 CPIO's of BBMB as information pertained to the Head of Departments of BBMB. When queried the Respondent submitted information sought shall be supplied as soon as information is received by the above said PIO's Board Sectt.
The Commission was in receipt of a written submission by the Respondent dated 19.10.2021 which is taken on record.Page 2 of 3
DECISION:
Keeping in view the facts of the case and the submissions made by both the parties, the Commission directs the current CPIO to collect all information from the concerned authorities and furnish a precise and an updated revised reply to the Appellant, strictly in accordance with the spirit of transparency and accountability as enshrined in the RTI Act, 2005 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order under the intimation to the Commission.
The Appeal stands disposed accordingly.
