(a)A temporary officer appointed against a permanent post may be absorbed substantively with effect from the date on which he was first appointed to it without any period of probation in spite of provisions contained in Articles 813 and 814 of the Bihar Education Code provided the Administrative Department is satisfied about the work of the officer.
