Section 9 in Assam Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955
9. Meetings of Board.
- The Board shall meet and shall from time to time make arrangements with respect to the date, time, notice, management and adjournment of its meetings as it thinks fit. Such meeting shall be held at least once in every three months.
