Section 64(1) in Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1961
(1)The authorised officer shall distribute possession of the land, the possession of which he has taken under section 62, to the landless persons or to persons holding land below the cultivating tenant's ceiling area.
