Section 1 in Orissa Specified Foodstuffs (Licensing and Storage Control) Order, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This order may be called the Orissa Specified Foodstuffs (Licensing and Storage Control) Order, 2008.(2)It shall extend to the whole of State of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
