Section 38(8) in The Integral University Act, 2004
(8)Until the Executive Council and the Academic Council are formed under the provisions of this Act, all the members of the Executive Committee and the Academic Council of the Institute of Integral Technology shall act as the Executive Council and Academic Council of the University.
