Section 9(1)(ii) in U.P. Parks, Playgrounds and Open Spaces (Preservation and Regulation) Act, 1975

(ii)to remove or alter any projection, encroachment or obstruction in or over any such park or playground or to make within a date specified in the notice such repairs to any building in such park or playground as the prescribed authority may consider necessary.
