Section 6(3) in Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Rules of 1951

(3)Where the registered holder is not a party to the transaction, a notice shall also be given to him whether the application for transfer of registry is presented by either or both the parties. Where only one party to the transaction makes the application, the parties should be connected by a complete chain of documents whether the other party raise any objection or not. In case the chain is not complete, it may be completed through other evidence, such as statements of respectable ryots, kist receipts, etc. One month time shall be allowed for filing objections if any and an enquiry be held in respect of the same. Thereupon transfer of registry shall be ordered unless the objection is found to be valid. The transfer of registry thus ordered shall be entered in the Records of the Jamabandi taking place immediately after the passing of the said order.
