Section 5(4) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(4)Where the applicants have moved to Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Rajasthan or the Government under sub-section (3) of section 6, the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Rajasthan or the Government, as the case may be, shall enter the particulars of such application in a register to be maintained in such form, as may be specified by the Government.
